Task 2
Web 2.0 will carry our kids throughout their lives. They will use this shift everyday multiple times a day. It is the next step in history. It is the next big change and we must step on board and join this ride or forever be falling behind. Our students are prepared for this challenge and are not afraid to learn this way and this new technology. We cannot be afraid either. We must grasp this concept and move forward towards integrating this into our lives and into our classroom. We may move as slowly as we like so long as we never stop moving towards web 2.0

I completely agree; we can't be afraid to make mistakes as we plunge into using Web 2.0 in our classrooms. We will learn by doing, probably making mistakes as we go along, but we must push education into the 21st century.
ReplyDeleteLindsey, our students will lead the way if we just get out of the way. They can teach us as much as we them, so it becomes a true partnership. It is so exciting to be a part of a whole new paradigm shift in teaching.
